Overhauling the features’ information architecture, giving users the information they need, when they need it. Creating modular content for scalability and cross-team use of the reward, task, and campaign features across key markets.

Providing user education through step-by-step guides and FAQs, boosting user confidence and increasing reward usage rates. Renaming existing rewards and naming new ones.
